NSS 0.44 - Credit Rules & Tariffs

Latest version of NSS pro is up, what's new:

01 April 2012, v 0.44

- Many small bug fixes
- Total redesign of the UI, SL3 BF admin functions now separate
from user access and moved to the Tools menu
- Introduction of Credit Rules and Tariffs, now server owners can
create different price based on MCC+MNC, root hash, simlock table
hash and phone generation. Also 3 different tariffs are avaible
- Ability to auto start as Twitter Agent added
